The terms that apply when you join a gathering or use our website.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Auréa Sense website and your attendance at any Auréa Sense gathering, event, or experience ("Gathering"). By requesting a place, booking, or attending a Gathering, you agree to these Terms

2. Eligibility

Our Gatherings are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking a place, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Requesting a Place & Booking

Gatherings are offered on an invitation and limited-availability basis. Requesting a place does not guarantee entry; confirmed places are offered at our discretion, typically to those on our list first. Once booking links are live for a specific Gathering, payment is required to secure your place, processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices, dates, and locations for each Gathering will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific Gathering:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the Gathering are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the Gathering are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice to us.
If we cancel or reschedule a Gathering, you will be offered a full refund or a place at a future date.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Our Gatherings may involve physical movement, stretching, or exercise. You should consult a medical professional before attending if you have any health condition, injury, or concern that movement-based activity may affect. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and do so at your own risk. Instructors and facilitators will offer guidance, but you are responsible for working within your own physical limits and informing our team of any relevant condition in advance.

6. Partner Brands & Gifting

Certain Gatherings may involve gifting, sampling, or collaboration with partner brands. Partner brands and any specific gifts are confirmed closer to the date of each Gathering and are not guaranteed as part of your booking. Any products received from partner brands are provided as gifts, as-is, without warranty from Auréa Sense.

7. Conduct

We ask all attendees to treat facilitators, staff, partner brand representatives, and fellow guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour we reasonably consider disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

8. Photography & Content

Photos and video may be taken at our Gatherings for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending, you consent to being included in this content unless you notify our team on the day that you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Auréa Sense website and associated materials, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Auréa Sense and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auréa Sense is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance at a Gathering or use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website or attendance at a Gathering after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
