  • Booking and attendance information — such as which gathering you've requested a place at, and any dietary or accessibility notes you choose to share with us. • Payment information — processed securely by our third-party payment provider once booking links are live. We do not store full card details ourselves.

  • Photos and video taken at our gatherings, where you have not opted out on the day.

  • Technical information from the website, such as general browsing data, collected via cookies or similar technologies (see Section 7).

  • Send you invitations, updates, and details about upcoming gatherings.

  • Process your request for a place and manage bookings and payments.
